Casal dos Patos Guest House

Next to the beach, this architectural ensemble consists of a single-family house designed according to the taste of the Portuguese Traditional Architecture of the Perito of the Estado Novo, with tiles glazed in a green bottle that give it a unique personality and history present in many moments of its interior and exterior. Inspired by the drawings of Architect Raúl Lino and built around 1950, it also has a guest house built in the 1980s, and two other houses of less visible contemporary architectural design.

The gardens are extensive and consist of patios, conservatories, terraces, viewpoints, staircases and a lawn of 5000 m2, which are the charm of this unique place. The oldest buildings are located on a cliff 40m high from Praia da Areia Branca, which provides its visitors with incomparable sunset moments with their own colours and luminosities.
